Gear Reducer Rebuild and Repair Center:
Our operation in Raleigh, NC, is the gear reducer and pump service center for our customers. Our goal at this operation is to reduce our customers’ costs by providing them with timely and cost-effective repair of their equipment.
Gear Reducer Repair:
We are a certified Dodge power transmission repair facility. Our mainstay is the rebuilding of Dodge shaft-mount speed reducers from sizes 4 through 14 in TXT, TDT and TA models. We also have the capability to rebuild other manufacturers’ reducers as well.
With a fully equipped machine shop, we offer two repair options:
• Evaluate the customer’s unit, quote a repair for that specific unit and then rebuild to the manufacturer’s original specifications.
• Exchange the customer’s unit with an identical certified rebuilt unit if available in our inventory.
At Industrial Supply Solutions, Inc.®, our Raleigh, NC, location works with leading manufacturers across the country to ensure that a wide variety of pumps, pump parts and accessories are available on demand for clients with very different needs. We stock a complete inventory of vertical turbine pump components, columns and shafting. This equipment is available for direct sale or can be assembled by our highly trained and experienced machinist and shop crew.
Our facilities include a fully equipped machine shop capable of cutting and threading shafts, trimming impellers and cutting keyways. New vertical pumps are assembled at our location to meet the client’s exact specifications. Prior to assembly, each pump part is carefully inspected. Only the highest quality and workmanship go into each of ISSI’s finished products.
We are a distributor for Flowserve vertical turbine pumps. We offer high quality, cost-effective repairs on Ingersoll Dresser and Worthington pumps as well as others: Johnston, Goulds, Weinman and Berkeley, to name a few.
We keep extensive records of all pumps that we service to enable us to provide faster repair turnaround.
New Pump Design and Build:
In addition to providing repairs, we also offer new vertical turbine pump design, sales, technical support and on-site support as required.
