SALISBURY, N.C. — Industrial Supply Solutions, Inc.®, is performing work that is designated as “Essential Critical Infrastructure Work” by the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency on March 19, 2020. This work has also been designated as “Essential Business” under State law.

This guidance issued by the DHS to State and Local officials defines what businesses are deemed essential and part of our critical infrastructure. DHS specifically lists Food and Agriculture, Energy, Waste and Wastewater, Transportation and Logistics, Public Works, Critical Manufacturing and Chemicals as essential businesses. While ISSI® touches on all these sectors, the majority of our customers are classified as Critical Manufacturing.

In accordance with the above guidance, Industrial Supply Solutions, Inc.®, will continue to supply the products needed to support the customers in each of these respective listed industries and other essential businesses that we supply and support. At this point, we do not anticipate any disruptions to our business operations.

Our offices are open for deliveries and to customers picking up material but are closed to walk in traffic and vendors without notifying our sales staff. All individuals on Industrial Supply Solutions, Inc.®, property must follow the CDC’s recommendations regarding social distancing.
